The House Built by Love
Artwork benefitting The Ronald McDonald House in Gainesville
Marianna knows how it feels to stay in the hospital, but thankfully, her parents were not far from the comforts of home. That is not the case for the families who come from all over to give their children the best medical care and have no place to stay for an extended time. When Marianna was asked to donate art to cheer up the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Gainesville, she drew a house of hearts. We delivered the artwork to the house and donated a framed limited edition copy of Marianna's "Trisomy 21" print to be auctioned at a charity benefitting the house. Executive Director, Sherry Houston, says Marianna is one of three "empowered female artists" whose art is displayed at the house.
